Stick figures are more than welcome.

Lisa Rasmussen

Just like all of our art break ideas and the take an art break movement, there is no judgment here. Stick figures are more than welcome. The focus is more upon the attributes of the “super you”. This art break is all about feeling free to truly express yourself.

I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.

See yourself as a Superhero.

Create your own superhero identity and character.
