Draw your heart’s compass

Art Break Supplies:
- A piece of paper or a journal
- Markers, crayons, or colored pencils
- Pen or pencil for sketching
Art Break Directions:
- Center Yourself – Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and place your hand over your heart. Ask yourself: What do I need right now? It could be peace, joy, connection, confidence—whatever arises, trust it.
- Draw Your Heart’s Compass – On your paper, sketch a heart in the center. Then, draw a compass with lines extending outward from the heart. These lines represent different directions your heart might be guiding you.
- Fill in the Directions – In each section or along the compass lines, draw symbols, doodles, or images that reflect what you need—perhaps a sun for warmth, waves for flow, a tree for grounding, or an open hand for connection. You can also write words or affirmations.
- Color & Embellish – Use colors that feel good to you. Let your drawing be playful and expressive—there’s no right or wrong way!
- Reflect & Affirm – Once your piece feels complete, look at it and notice how it makes you feel. Write down a word or phrase that affirms what you need. For example: “I am guided by love.” or “I trust my heart’s wisdom.”
- Keep Close or Share – Place your drawing somewhere you’ll see it often, or share it with someone who supports your journey. Let it serve as a reminder to follow your heart’s guidance.
🎨 Your heart knows the way—let your art be your map! 💖
