Voices of Resilience

Art is Moving proudly sponsored an unforgettable day of free, community-driven art-making at the Voices of Resilience Opening Festival & Art Exhibition. Held in the heart of West Hollywood, the event welcomed hundreds of participants of all ages who gathered to express their inner strength and transformation through art. From paint to poetry, every creation was a tribute to resilience, healing, and creative courage.

Curated and co-produced by Lisa Rasmussen, MFA (Co-Founder of Art is Moving) and juried by acclaimed critic Peter Frank, this global exhibition featured artists and changemakers from around the world. The festival came alive with live performances, healing installations, artist talks, and the collective Phoenix Rising Tribute—all designed to inspire connection, reflection, and renewal.

Presented in partnership with Lark Gallery, Harmonia Institute, and the City of West Hollywood, with generous support from Dick Blick Art Materials, the event was a radiant celebration of the power of art to move hearts and shift culture.
