World Art Break Day is for everyone and anyone can register as a volunteer HOST to create a space online or in person that is free to the public to join and make art with the world!
All it takes is one person with a passion for the arts to get this awesome art party started. We’re here to help you make Art Break Day the best thing that has ever happened to you and your community.

We strive to make being a part of World Art Break Day as easy as possible. However, there are some requirements to be recognized as registered HOST of a location.
FREE. World Art Break Day MUST be free to attend. You may not charge an entry fee.
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. We encourage you to set up your World Art Break Day site in a public space. World Art Break Day is about connecting communities through art. The easiest way to do that is to set up your art supplies, etc. in an outside space that has free access and is open to the public. If you are an organization that is holding World Art Break Day in your building we just ask that you allow anyone and everyone to walk through your doors and participate.
ART! There are no requirements about what kind of art is being made on World Art Break Day, only that art is being made
MARKETING. Please make sure to include our World Art Break Day website (ArtBreakDay.org) and the following statement: “World Art Break Day is a global art initiative created by Art is Moving” on all marketing materials.
The sooner you register, the more opportunity you have to spread the word to your community about this awesome event you will be hosting!
