While on a recent trip to Portugal, I had a blast discovering and photographing tons of street art.

I think of street art like a “museum without walls.” Wherever you go, art is everywhere. The world is your museum. I love that it is out in the public for anyone and everyone to see.

Today, go on an art break walk and discover any street art your town or city has to offer. Take a camera with you and create your own photo essay of your day. Or, grab your sketchbook and draw responses to the art you see. Or, commit to looking at each artwork for at least 5 minutes to see what it has to say to you or reveal to you. Most of all, have fun!
