World Art Break Day is a free, annual global event that takes place every first Friday in September. Since 2011, tens of thousands of people across hundreds of communities worldwide have gathered on one day to make art together — in libraries, schools, plazas, and sidewalks — connecting locally while participating in a shared global moment.
